The current menu is 'Emilia Romagna'

This menu will be available for two weeks and is very limited.

Your meal for two includes:

Antipasto 
Gnocco Fritto, prosciutto, mortadella, parmesan

-olive oil bread with traditional cured meats and aged cheese

Primo
Tortellini con crema di parmigiano e aceto balsamico

-handmade pasta filled with ricotta, aged vinegar and a creamy sauce

Secondo
Lasagne verdi con ragù alla Bolognese

-spinach pasta baked with bechamel, parmesan, and meat sauce

 

Maiale al latte

-braised pork with aromatic sauce

Beets and their greens
Fava beans

 

Dolce
Seasonal Zuppa Inglese 

-traditional dessert of Bologna
